WTW CW-9 Cooling Tower and Corrosion Control
Products
General Information: Although the name
“cooling tower treatment” is familiar, we could better call these products
“heat exchanger treatment.” WTW products are formulated to provide scale and
corrosion control in a wide range of field conditions and especially at the heat
exchange area where efficiency is gained or lost. WTW cooling tower products are
formulated based on:

Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor is designed for
systems using makeup water of high hardness and alkalinity.
Formulated with no metals or orthophosphates, this product meets typical
sewer discharge parameters and all but the most stringent direct outfall
parameters. It is controlled by an
Organo Phosphonate test, or fed volumetrically. This product is USDA G7.
Handling Information:
CW-9 can be
handled in accordance with the Material Safety Data Sheet.
