WTW RL-23 Return Line Treatment
General Information: RL-23
is a complementary combination of neutralizing amines specially formulated to
treat a variety of condensate return line conditions.
Usage Information: RL-23 meets the
requirements of the F.D.A. as set forth in CFR Title 21, Part 173, Subpart D,
Section 173.310 and is U.S.D.A. G-6 authorized.
Injection/Feeding: RL-23 should be fed on a continuous proportional basis either directly
into the steam system or as a component in the chemical mix tank.
Shot feeding of neutralizing amines is not advisable for best results.

state: colorless-lt. amber liquid w/ ammonia odor

Solubility: Miscible in all proportions
Density: 8.2

Handling Information: RL-23 is a
corrosive product. RL-23 can be
handled in accordance with the Material Safety Data Sheet.
